#1 – Go to your Vendor Dashboard
#2 – Click on Settings
#6 – Click on the “RMA” Vendor Dashboard tab
#7 – Select your warranty “Type” (No warranty, warranty included, or warranty as add on)
#8 – Complete fields for your chosen warranty “Type”
#9 – Select the “Refund Reasons” you will accept
#10 – Update your “RMA Policy” with your warranty policy
#11 – Click “Save Changes”
Please confirm you’ve updated your store warranty before moving on to the next step.
