Now it's time to set up your Store Shipping!

Your shipping information will help set expectations.

Let’s get your customers excited about receiving your offerings.

Where will the Shipping Information appear?

How do I add my Shipping Information?

#1 – Go to your Vendor Dashboard

#2 – Click on Settings

#3 – Click on the “Shipping” Vendor Dashboard tab

#4 – Click on the “Click here to add shipping policies” button

#5 – Add your “Processing Time”, “Shipping Policy”, and “Refund Policy”

#6 – Scroll to the bottom of the page, click “Save Settings”

YOU'VE SET UP YOUR SHIPPING POLICIES

Now, let’s set up your Shipping pricing!

We’ll start with local shipping (within California), then set up domestic shipping (USA).

#7 – Click on the “Shipping” Vendor Dashboard tab

Here, you will see the different shipping zones. 

We are currently offerings two shipping zones: 

  • California (local)
  • United States
 

A shipping zone is a geographic region where a certain set of shipping methods are offered. We will match a customer to a single zone using their shipping address and present the shipping methods within that zone to them.

#8 – Hover over the “California (local)” Zone Name and click “Edit”

You will be redirected to a page to set up your Shipping Methods.

These settings will apply to products that are shipped within California.

#9 – Click the “Add Shipping Method” button

A popup will appear, prompting you to add your chosen shipping methods.

You have the following Shipping Methods available:

  • Flat rate (Lets you charge a fixed rate for shipping.)
  • Local pickup (Allow customers to pick up orders themselves. By default, when using local pickup store base taxes will apply regardless of customer address.)
  • Free shipping (Free shipping is a special method which can be triggered with coupons and minimum spends.)

#10 – Select “Flat rate” and the click “Add Shipping Method” button

#11 – Hover over the “Flat rate” shipping method and click the “edit” button

#12 – Add your Flat Rate “Cost”

For example, enter “10.00 * [qty]” in the “Cost” field.

#13 – Scroll to the “Shipping Class Cost” section and enter your cost per shipping class

The shipping class determines the weight of your item.

#14 – Scroll to the bottom of the popup and click “Save Settings”

#15 – Click “Add Shipping Method”, select “Local Pickup”,  click “Add Shipping Method” (optional)

The Local Pickup shipping method is optional.

#16 – Hover over the “Local Pickup” option and click the “Edit” button (optional)

#17 – Enter the “Cost” field for local pickups and click “Save Settings” (optional)

This is a fee that will be charged for pick up.

#18 – Click “Add Shipping Method” button, select “Free Shipping”, click “Add Shipping Method” (optional)

#19 – Hover over the “Free Shipping” option and click the “Edit” button (optional)

#20 – Enter the “Minimum order amount for free shipping” and click “Save Settings” (optional)

Offering free shipping is optional. Offering free shipping after reaching an order minimum is great for encouraging customers to purchase more items from your store.

Consider entering $100 as your minimum order amount for free shipping.

#21 – Click the “Save Changes” button (REQUIRED)

Now, let’s set up your United States shipping pricing.

#22 – Click the “Shipping” Vendor Dashboard tab to return to the shipping settings

#23 – Hover over the “United States” Zone Name and click “Edit”

#24 – Select all the states you are willing to ship to

#25 – Click “Add Shipping Method” and follow the same steps as you completed for local shipping

Consider providing different shipping rates and options for domestic shipping.

#26 – When you’ve completed adding your United States shipping methods, click “Save Changes”
