Accepted Offerings
We are looking for unique offerings infused with some form of healing intentions.
Our goal is to provide people with well-designed items that will allow them to effortlessly incorporate healing into their everyday lives.
We are open to all types of products. The more unique, original, and creative, the better!
→ We love offerings related to wellness, art therapy, meditation, color therapy, light therapy, sound healing, aromatherapy, horticultural therapy, yoga, crystal healing, movement flow, sensuality, apothecary, and more.
→ Some product categories to consider include jewelry, accessories, apothecary, home goods, instruments, books, and artwork.
→ We love products that are handmade, produced with ethically sourced materials, and sustainably crafted (reclaimed, recycled, upcycled).
Disclaimer:
We are not accepting white-labeled products (i.e. products manufactured by a third party).
We ask that you play an important role in the assembly of materials.
We are not accepting printed merch, overseas products, or stickers at this time.
Pricing Structure
The Mindfullii is an online marketplace for small independent businesses.
We follow a dropshipping model.
This means we have no warehouse and you are responsible for shipping and inventory tracking.
You are also responsible for all taxes relating to your sales of items through our website.
Our commission: 10% per sale.
The 10% will be applied only after a sale has been made through our platform.
You’ll have access to withdrawing the remaining 90% from your sales through your Vendor Dashboard on our website.
When you register, you’ll have access to your Vendor Dashboard.
Through your Vendor Dashboard, you can view data & analytics, create special discount coupons, answer customer product inquiries, and find more tools that will help you increase sales.
Onboarding Process
By registering your store, you agree to complete our onboarding process and keep your store active for minimum 1 year after launch.
Our onboarding process includes the following:
Step 01: Register Your Store
- Review and agree to our Terms & Conditions
- Complete our Branding Style Guide intake form
- Provide your Mindful Maker Profile descriptions (the text that will be displayed on your landing page)
Step 02: Update Store Settings
- Add your Warranty Policy
- Add your Shipping Policy
- Connect your Payment System
Step 03: Upload Your Products
- Upload 3+ best selling products to your store (through your Vendor Dashboard)
Step 04: Book Your Photoshoot
- Complete our pre-photoshoot intake form
- Schedule your complimentary photoshoot on our calendar
- Get photographed with your offerings in an SF, Bay Area natural landscape (you agree to be the face of your brand)
Step 05: Launch Your Store
- Schedule your store launch on our calendar
- Send a newsletter to your email list when we launch (we will provide an email template)
- Accept our Instagram post collaborator invite
Marketing Content
Mindfullii has the right to use the materials you share on our website or send us by email to promote your store and our marketplace (texts, images, sounds, software, information or otherwise).
Security & Privacy
We work to protect the security of our user’s information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software.
When you are in a transaction, we enable you to obtain the personal information of the user to complete the transaction.
You may use the personal information you have access to only for Mindfulllii authorized transaction-related purposes.
Using personal information of other users that you have access to for any other purpose constitutes a violation of our user agreement.
Termination
Failure to comply with our Terms & Conditions may result in immediate, temporary, or permanent withdrawal of your right to use our website.
